Inspiring Impactful Change

Serving Hope, One Meal at a Time.

Our Mission

G’s Kitchen in Dom’s House was created to serve our homeless population, underprivileged/underserved communities as well as make the lives of anyone struggling a little easier.

I have the honor of being the mom of Gianna and Dominic. Growing up Gianna and Dominic were surrounded by a huge family who loved them deeply and provided a childhood of opportunities and happiness. As they became young adults and spent more time in the real world, they began to realize just how fortunate they were. They started giving back in any way they could. Gianna lived in NYC and fed the homeless anytime she could. Dom gave to many children’s charities as well as helping anyone he knew that was in need. Even in their own times of struggle they continued to worry and help all of those around them that did not have the love and support that was always provided to them.

Within an eight-month period they were both tragically taken away from me. The heartache of a mother losing a child is unimaginable, but losing two has broken me beyond words.

As the anniversary of their passing neared, I wanted to find a way to honor them that would make them proud. We started out with “Sandwich Saturday '' in which we fed the homeless in the city of Newark, as time has gone by, we went on to add clothing, hygiene bags, blankets, and even toys for children we met. All of this being funded by myself, family members, and friends who have not left my side throughout this journey.

Watching the difference we are making has led me to have a bigger vision that we could help anyone in need in many different ways.

Turning this dream into a reality has given me hope by keeping their memory alive, not just by me but by all of the lives we will be able to touch.
